Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days- please read before any purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or credit note.

Our products are carefully selected, and quality checked before being sold. Please choose carefully as unless your purchase is faulty, we will not be able to accept an exchange. In the event that you do receive something that you are not happy with, we will take back your wig or hairpiece piece, but there are specific guidelines which must be followed due to the personal nature of wigs.

Several types of goods are fully exempt from being returned or exchanged. Personalised or bespoke items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances and full deposits will be retained unless the product is found to be faulty.

If the item you have purchased is faulty, please email or call us within 5 days of receiving your order with photos of the fault. The piece or wig must not have been worn beyond a quick try on and all labels must be intact. The original tags must be affixed to the piece as it was delivered to you. Scent of perfume or smoke will void eligibility for return. When trying on your wig, do not personalise it or attempt to style it. Simply shake it out, style with your fingers or gently with a pick. If either the colour, style or size is not right for you, you will know immediately upon looking. We will then investigate the issue and reimburse you with an exchange or credit note, at our discretion. To be eligible, returned and exchanged items must be unaltered and in factory condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Wigs and pieces that have been brushed out, have had product applied to them, have picked up odours, or show other signs of wear are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

Additional fully non-returnable items:

– Gift cards
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts

Consultation fees are fully non-refundable or transferable.

Exchange or Credit notes

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your faulty returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your Exchange/credit note. 

If you are approved, then your exchange or credit note will be processed at our discretion minus shipping costs.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit note, the cost of our shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £20 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
